Orbital Tube TIG Welding Machine

GFO series automatic orbital tube welding machine is orbital weld heads for fusion (GTAW) welding of fittings, tubing and thin wall pipe. Ideal solution for welds in the food & dairy,pharmaceuticals, biotechnology,chemical,semiconductor industry and in all applications where space is very limited. Besides particularly suitable for welding all common micro fittings. Welds materials such as stainless steel, titanium, hastelloy and other auto weldable alloys. During weld process, it is without wire feeding but with argon protection and tungsten insert(TIG) welding.

Before welding, orbital pipe cutting machine or orbital pipe saw is the first ideal solution for burr free and square cut. If necessary, tube squaring machine or tube facing machine can achieve better squaring and clean finish.

For micro fitting welding, we have special weld head model 5H for 1/8”,1/4”,3/8” and 1/2” tubing.
